Some of the deepest questions that have been asked throughout history are concerned with Love and Life. At the very core of who we are, there seems to be a deep longing to know. Some may be content with their level of knowing based on life experiences. They may be challenged enough by the vicissitudes of normal human experience.Some venture further and dig deeper driven by their curiosity.

So if you have this curiosity about Life and Love, if you really want to know more. Then, invariably yoga comes into the picture. What is yoga? And what does yoga have to do with life and love? Well, Yoga literally is translated as “union”. It is the union of the body, mind, spirit and existence. We know, at least to some extent, what our body and mind is. When it comes to spirit and existence, that’s where the mystery comes in and that’s why many have looked to yoga, as a methodology to help us gain an understanding about love and life, which are fundamentally elusive. Ultimately, is is the science of enhancing your perception. When the perception enhances, then we can really know.

What we think and how we perceive life happens within ourselves; therefore, no one can experience our life. For example, two people can go through a certain life experience and the after-effects can be diametrically opposite. How one digests or integrates a life experience is quite different from another. Again, it is an internal process.
