An Isha volunteer from California was recently on a charity-driven trip in Zambia for another organization. During this trip, he had the opportunity to conduct free yoga and meditation sessions. He shared this enriching experience upon his return, including an inspiration to grow further on his own journey toward wellbeing.

He started his trip with activities in support of underprivileged children and ended it sharing Isha Kriya with those around him.

One of the participants who was particularly inspiring – aged 73, HIV+, and on medication – asked for more information about the upcoming Inner Engineering course with Sadhguru in San Francisco in November. He really found Sadhguru’s words moving.

By the campfire, one of the ride organizers approached this volunteer and pleaded with him to teach her something. She was touched with something beyond the physical during the session and just could not open her eyes for a long time. The volunteer had known her for the past ten days and to witness how deeply she was touched was very inspiring. Her sharing was effusive and profound. On her phone, the volunteer installed Sadhguru’s app, which contains the Isha Kriya practice. She was eager to share the wisdom of another yogi that she had recently discovered on YouTube, and it happened to be a video of Sadhguru! He shared, “With tears in my eyes, I was overcome with a profound gratitude for being able to conduct Isha Kriya sessions.”

Many of his fellow travelers were curious about his various Isha practices and were interested to learn more. He enthusiastically answered many of their questions and was glad to share this with all of them. Their journey ended with a deep desire to see Sadhguru, meet him, and take Isha programs to learn profound tools for inner wellbeing.
