You arrive at home exhausted from work. Maybe your family or friends call upon you to help them. Your children need you. Every minute of your time is consumed by this or by that, leaving you stressed. Maybe you tell yourself that tomorrow is another day and you will have some time for yourself.

You have every intention of keeping to that exercise routine or that healthy-eating plan you have typed into your cell phone memo, but then you sleep late, or you feel sick, or someone pulls you away from your me-time goal. But if you are not working on it right now, tomorrow it might not happen. So, what to do? How to end that cycle of ‘maybe tomorrow’ that never happens?
