If you ask a group of people if they want to be happy, it is very likely that all of them will say yes. But if you ask the same group about what makes them happy, you will certainly get many different responses. Attaining happiness is often viewed as a very subjective pursuit.

When we are happy, it not only feels great but it increases our physical and mental health. It adds a youthful glow and seems to make any task easier. However, when we pursue happiness, especially by acquiring material things and money, it doesn’t seem to last; it can even lead to stress as we try to achieve goals that we believe will result in our happiness. Is there a way that we can pursue happiness effectively?
