Back pain is a common reason for absence from work and doctor visits. Although back pain may be painful and uncomfortable, it is not usually serious. Most people have back pain at least once. A stressful job, a sedentary lifestyle, anxiety, obesity, and strenuous physical work are some factors linked to a higher risk of developing low back pain. Fortunately, you can take measures to prevent or relieve most back pain episodes.

    I suffer from @ least 2 vertebrae in my upper back that are misaligned and maybe my hip. Sadhguru mentioned breathing to help heal in his book and video. But he didn't say exactly what. I'm curious on how to heal myself.
