After a charity driven trip in Zambia, one of the Isha volunteer from California shares his journey and enriching experiences he had filled with sweetness and inspiration to grow further on his own journey towards well-being.

He initially was riding a charity bicycle to support underprivileged children and spread awareness for HIV prevention and treatment during his travels in Zambia. Little did he know that he would be conducting Isha Kriya sessions for the group traveling along with him and sharing the joy of these tools have brought him.

One of the participants who was inspiring – aged 73, and being HIV+ and on medication – asked for more information about the upcoming Inner Engineering with Sadhguru in San Francisco in November. He really found Sadhguru’s words moving.

One of the ride organizers approached the volunteer by the campfire, and pleaded him to teach her something. She was touched with something beyond the physical during the session and she just could not open her eyes after the session. The volunteer had known her for past ten days and to witness how deeply she was touched was very inspiring.  Her sharing was effusive and profound. The volunteer installed Sadhguru’s app on her phone, and she wanted to share another yogi’s video that a friend had shared with her. When the volunteer opened the video, it was Sadhguru on her phone! He shared, “With tears in my eyes, I was overcome by profound gratitude to be able to conduct Isha Kriya sessions.”

Many of his fellow travelers were curious about his various Isha practices and were interested to learn more. He enthusiastically answered many of their questions and was glad to share this with all of them. Their journey ended with a deep quest to see Sadhguru, meet him and take Isha programs to learn profound tools for inner well-being.
