Program Structure

Introductory Session

This program consists of 3 sessions

  • The first 2 sessions are 2.5-hour-long each and have multiple date/time options. These sessions will be facilitated by an Isha Yoga instructor.
  • The third session is with Sadhguru and will be a half-day-long.
  • Attendance to all 3 sessions is mandatory.

An optional— but highly recommended— support session will be conducted within a week of the program, and will include a detailed review of the practice and a question-answer session.

Program Prerequisites

Inner Engineering Completion with Sadhguru is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Although it is facilitated online, this is very much a live, experiential process that Sadhguru will be guiding you through.

Completion of all 7 sessions of Inner Engineering Online is a prerequisite

Attendance:

  • Attendance to all 3 sessions is mandatory to complete the program.
  • The sessions should be completed in sequence, and if you miss or drop from a session you will not be able to join the remaining sessions.

Where to be

  • It is important that you sit in a quiet and private space, and dedicate time exclusively for the duration of each session.
  • It would be ideal to sit on the floor and ensure you have sufficient space (approx 3ft x 6ft) around you to do the yoga practices.

  • Mobile phones & tablets are not supported. You will need a Laptop/PC with a webcam and speakers to access the sessions.

  • Make sure your camera is switched on during all the sessions so we can support you with your practices

    Webcam: Inbuilt or external webcam. Should be compatible with chrome browser.
